EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES:
One of our team is qualified and registered as a Basic Life Support practitioner and we have extensive contacts in the area of emergency medical treatment. Speak to us regarding your first aid requirements.
PRODUCTION “EXTRAS”:
If your budget does not provide for offering the Extras fully catered meals, we can supply simple packed meals for them. If you wish to provide alternative catering for the Extras, we insist that there are 2 catering locations and that access be controlled by your security services.
SMALLS – “OOPS I FORGOT….”:
We carry a magic box containing items that may suddenly be needed out on location – things like plasters, headache tablets, sun screen, sanitary pads, and cigarettes. These items will be available either on a cash basis to the cast and crew, or you may decide that we should bill you for any such items used. A price list will be provided, and method of distribution discussed – For a variable option a token system could be implemented whereby you purchase a number of tokens to distribute amongst your team.
POTENTIAL “HIDDEN” COSTS:
STAFF COSTS
Our prices include all necessary staff, subject to the following conditions:
14hrs = 2 hrs travel + 2 hrs setup and break down + 10hrs on site.
Overtime will be levied as follows:
Shifts longer than 14hrs (as detailed above) - R30 per staff member per hour or part thereof above 14hrs.
Saturdays - R210 per staff member and R45/ st.memb./hr above 14 hrs.
Sundays and Public Holidays - R420 per staff member and R60/ st.memb./hrs above 14hrs.
Night Shoots - R100 per staff member per shift.
(Most of the 14hr shifts between 19h00 and 07h00).
TRAVEL COSTS
Travel days (ie to distant locations) - R200 per staff member per day.
Early call charge (Leave base before 03h30) R500.
Fuel levy – if daily distance exceeds 200km - R 2.00 per km above 200kms per vehicle.
