| SERVICE: | Buffet with crockery and full service. Breakfast cooked on site. |
| DESCRIPTION: | Day one was shot in studio – The buffet, craft and seating areas were set up in our allocated area. We were on site at 04h30 to prepare for breakfast at 05h30. Lunch was delivered from our central kitchen at 12h30 ready for service. Craft – tea, coffee and snacks were made available all day. Day two was shot on Location in the Vredehoek. - We were on site at 03h30 to set up our kitchen and seating in De Waal park. Craft was set up in a small courtyard at the location a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was served in De Waal park at 05h30 and Lunch at 13h00. Craft was available all day at the location. Day three was a night/day shoot starting at Canal walk – We set up kitchen and seating in our allocated area at 00h30, and craft was set up close to the shoot. Toasted sandwiches were offered to the cast and crew at around 02h00 and a late light dinner of finger food was served both in the seating area and craft area at 03h30. This finger food was maintained until breakfast at 07h00. At 08h00 the kitchen and seating area were packed up while craft was moved to a location on the forshore. On completion of the shoot in the foreshore, the shoot moved to the Company Gardens and craft followed suit. Wrap was at 14h00. |
