SELF-PACKAGED LUNCH

In remote locations or all day shoots a packed lunch may be a preferred option. The Business of Catering offer an innovation in Packaged Lunches. Each day a large selection of Rolls, Sandwiches, and Pita Breads with an amazing variety of fillings are offered. Salad Items are offered with salad boxes so people can “build their own take away salad. Packaged Juices, still & sparkling Mineral Water are available for self select. In addition, a selection of muffins, cake, cookies, cheese, biscuit portions and whole fruit are all available for self select. Disposable cutlery, napkins and salt and pepper portions and plastic carry bags are provided for this self selection service.

BOXED LUNCH

An alternative to the Buffet selection of Self-Packaged Lunches is a Set Lunch offering 1 filled Roll, 1 filled Sandwich, (or second roll) Piece of Fruit, Wrapped Cake or Muffin, 2 pieces of Confectionary and Cheese and Biscuits. These are pre packaged in an 'eco friendly' Brown Paper Sack. Extra fruit, packed Juice and mineral water is made available for self selection. If this option is required for several days, the contents are varied and the roll/sandwich fillings are changed. This option is ideal for a quick pick up or delivery to remote crews, boats, helicopters etc. Vegetarian options can easily be catered for by pre order.

PLATTERS

Platters of finger food and point sandwiches and cake selection, confectionary baskets and fruit can be made available for O.B. Vans, Studios, Make Up, Green Room, Dressing Rooms and Production facilities where packaged lunches may not be appropriate.
